Inventory orders begin processing once Ronichips receives your payment. Orders typically take 2–3 business days to process and ship. For backordered items, shipment occurs after all items are ready — please check the estimated delivery time in the quotation before payment. Once the courier picks up your order, you will receive an email with tracking information.
To change an address, contact us with your order number and new address. If your order has already been dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed. Please verify address details carefully before placing your order. If the package has arrived in the destination country, you may contact the local courier or post office directly. Note: address changes may incur additional charges payable by the customer.
Delivery may be affected by extreme weather, postal delays, customs clearance, strikes, epidemics, or other force majeure factors. While Ronichips cannot guarantee 100% on-time delivery under these circumstances, we will do our best to ensure you receive your package as soon as possible.
The Incoterm for Ronichips orders is EXW (Freight Collect). Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination government, customs, or courier company. Customs policies vary by country — please contact your local customs authority for details. Some countries require additional identification such as Tax ID, GST number, or KYC documents. For shipments to India, please ensure you have a CHIMS Certificate of Registration.
